Take Your Game A Notch Higher Guns are about firepower. A soldier without a gun in the battlefield is as good as dead. Even in war games. Players must have better weapons, if it is all about winning. An airsoft minigun can enhance your game. Students, professionals, and the plain adventurous go for war games. They cannot be without any gun to demolish the enemy. The airsoft minigun suits them right with its impressive firepower. The velocity with which it spews the BB balls can dent tin cans, and can be very painful if you are hit in the wrong places. Lethal Back-Up Power The airsoft minigun is a multi-barreled firearm. It is like having a reliable back-up fire when the going gets rough. It is a sure thing you will have more hits with the minigun. The more you use this gun, the more you will love those exciting war games. The minigun looks like the big machine guns by about 98%. The only difference is the interior system, which uses of course, BB balls. Try it on for size. It is 37 inches long and 13 inches in height. It looks so impressive for a replica. How Does It Work? Fire it. The M-134A2 minigun gives a 6 millimeter range for the BB balls of 0.88 grams of steel, and spews plastic BBs at a speed of 50 rounds every second. This will really scare off your opponents, or your foes will have you running tail between your legs, if you have none. If you are waiting for the enemy behind a tree, you can fire at them when they appear 50 or 125 yards away. The velocity is powered by electricity and compressed air. This combination makes the minigun a must buy for war game heroes. Nothing beats massive and continuous firepower. Look inside the gun. The cams and the bolts inside the receiver are housed by the central hub. Just imagine that when you fire a round of BB balls, the hub works real fast to pick up the balls and push it into the barrel. So it goes real fast. A separate loading system and bolt is contained in the barrel. The faster the barrel of the airsoft minigun rotates and empties, the faster a new BB bullet is loaded; so you go happily firing away. For a mini, this is real mean because it shows no mercy when it spits BB balls with such speed and power. Full Battle Gear Browse the internet for websites carrying a line of the airsoft minigun, military get-up, and boots if you want to complete the look. To protect yourself from enemy fire, get the right gear. Use protective mask, body armor, gloves, goggles, and headgear. You will look spiffy and of course, you have protection. It is no joke to be hit with the powerful airsoft minigun. Not the Price, But the Power The Airsoft minigun is still evolving. Extensive research and the development are still looking into ways to make the perfect gun. At this point, there are several miniguns to choose from. Your choice will depend on your budget, and agenda. An airsoft minigun is expensive. One gun can set you back by $5,500. But war game freaks say, that it is all about power so the price does not matter. When your life is at stake, then who cares about the price?

Flipping for bass
The technique of pitching has largely replaced it in some quarters, but the flipping technique remains the same ultra precise, this is a deadly method of catching large bass in cover that Californians Dee Thomas and Dave Gliebe first brought East 30 years ago. This was a technique that revolutionized the sport. When the technique of flipping was introduced to the fishing world it was the most effective method ever. The fisherman learned that flipping was amazingly accurate procedure to get the big bass out of cover. It was such an outstanding weapon the fisherman from the west where the warriors in the early and mid 70s. Bass pro fisherman Roland Martin says flipping changed everything, suddenly we had a way to get a bait to big bass in some bad places. The virtues of flipping have not changed. Bass fisherman fishing for the bigger bass always pays off when they are flipping for individual bass instead of schoolies. Individual fish are normally big fish. They’ll hold on the most unusual piece of cover in the area. They stake out their own territory. If you are going to be a serious bass fisherman, you will have to master the flipping technique, that’s what the pros say. It remains a major part of bass fishing throughout the year. The bass pros known the merits of flipping are well known. The bass pro fisherman known that technique is just isn’t limited for spring and summer when bass are most likely to bury up in cover. Unless the water where you live freezes over in winter, there is an application for this close quarters fighting technique throughout the year. Here’s a look at where experienced flippers concentrate their efforts on flipping year around. When flipping in the summer fishing main lake flip tight cover that tends to be a little bit better, especially after the spring rains where the water is still high. Also the bass pro says fishing vegetation, downed tree’s and branches when the water is high after the spring rains. Many pros us the flipping technique on the thickest mats during the hottest times in the summer with a lake fork trophy tackle craw tube teamed with a 1 ounce tungsten weight and 80 pound test spiderwire braid. During the dog days of summer the fish are in grass lines on points and main lake cover. Ounce your fishing into the fall, flipping into creek channels becomes more productive. Fishing the channels are the migration of baitfish holding on the channel, but there are always fish in channels but in late summer and early fall the channels play a huge role in finding the most productive fishing area. Bass fishing in the fall the bass are going to be on thick grass and hydrilla and matted hyacinths. The pros are going to key on stuff, there going to be flipping on isolated patches of grass and hyacinths or hydrilla and even wood. Some of them expend most of there flipping in the backs of creeks throughout the fall. When the pros are flipping in the winter they will fish shallow situations in muddy, highly fertile lakes, where the bass population doesn’t live very deep, to surprisingly deep cover. Some of the pros will us a 1/8 to 3/16 ounce Berkley jig with a big power frog trailer to get a slow descent to entice sluggish coldwater fish.

How to get the best out of your new bodybuilding program
Not everybody who enrolls into a body building program becomes a bodybuilder. This is because it takes a tremendous amount of patience, commitment, effort and discipline in order to be successful. Many take up the challenge of undergoing a bodybuilding program just to whitle their time away, or to look good for a speacile event. Commitment Should Equal Effort to Succeed in a BodyBuilding Program Looking good for a date is definitely not the right motivation to start a new bodybuilding program. You can get motivated to go for a week, for a month, maybe even a little longer, but this will never be enough for succeeding. In order to succeed, you will need iron determination and long hard hours in the gym. It is by no means fun to enroll in a bodybuilding program. Hence, if you are looking for glamour and fun, forget this. What will you get out of a bodybuilding program? You will learn self disaplen. You cannot miss a night of exercise; you cannot splurge at your cousin’s wedding. You can forget about doing things on impulse. What you eat counts, what you drink counts, and it counts how much you sleep and when you sleep. There is a fad among women to enroll for body building programs nowadays. This is not a sporadic happening. In fact, women took to this sport so seriously that today there are global championships held for women as well. Women seem to like the hardships this type of training involves. In fact, women body builders look sexier in spite of what people may think. Women look great because their body is trained to enhance their natural beauty. However, once women take to a bodybuilding program, it should be understood that this is a lifetime commitment. Women being more prone to gain weight will suffer greatly if they leave practicing their workouts. When you choose your program, ensure that you go to a reputable gym with trainers that know what they are doing. The number of people already enrolled and word-of-mouth recommendations and praise can judge the reputation of a gym. With proper determination, great results can be achieved.

Retire to the golf course
Retiring to the golf course doesn't need to be just a dream. It also doesn't have to mean retiring to Florida or Arizona either. For that matter, it doesn't mean that you need to wait until you're ready to retire to start looking into golf club homes like those at the Anderson Creek Club in North Carolina. With a year round temperate climate, easy access to both beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and to mountain ranges on the Western side of the state, the Anderson Creek Club is in an ideal location. For those of you who are thinking toward the future but are still working, the Anderson Creek Club is just a short trip from Fayetteville, Pinehurst and Raleigh. Overall, what that means is this: you'll find that you're able to be in the middle of everything - cultural centers, shopping, great restaurants and even colleges and universities. Being able to get to wherever you want to be is nice, but it doesn't address the two primary concerns of those who want to retire to the golf course. One of those concerns is the golf itself. The other is the home. The Anderson Creek Club golf course, in order to address the first of those concerns, will prove to be challenging regardless of your experience on the course. An eighteen hole course designed by Davis Love III - the 1997 PGA champion - features tree-line fairways and rolling greens that wind through 7, 180 yards for a 72 par. The course was determined to be the best new course in North Carolina in 2001, and lives up to the championship reputation of its designer. What could be better than being able to play the Anderson Creek Club course whenever time allowed? What about living in a patio home, condominium, townhouse or single family home that abuts the course? All of the homes that are available at the Anderson Creek Club will give you easy access to 14 ponds that are stocked for fishing and suitable for canoing and kayaking. You'll be able to go swimming, play tennis or volleyball, and have family picnics without having to leave the neighborhood. Walk along nature trails. You'll be able to have the active lifestyle that you have always enjoyed, but you'll be able to relax and unwind - even if, for you, that means indulging in spa services like a massage before heading back to your home. Whether you're looking for a smaller home, a condo where you won't have to worry about maintaining the property or a larger home - an estate home at the Anderson Creek Club - that will allow you to have all the space you need, you'll find that it's easy to find a great property that suits all of your needs. Of course, if you've always wanted to design a home of your own, don't think that retiring to the Anderson Creek Club is out of the question. Wooded home sites are also available and you'll be able to have your dream home built for you. The Anderson Creek Club makes retiring to the golf course even more appealing.

Use the force that drives the look in the golf swing and
Several weeks ago, Beau Baugh, friend, tour player, college coach, and brother to famed LPGA Tour Pro Laura Baugh came up to me and said, "Rick, do you know that you teach the force that drives the look in the golf swing?" My response was, "I like that description of my teaching style.” Beau said you know there’s only a few of us that teach this way. I agreed. Teaching the feel of the golf swing has taken years of lesson experience and trial and error. It is, however, a great way to get my students to achieve the look and technique of the best players in the world. In other words, I can get students to blend all the technically correct positions without being too mechanical. An analogy would be having a new car with no engine in it to make it run smooth. Many golfers try to achieve positions by looking at segmented pictures of golf swings, but never really discover the true force that drives the look. Building a new car that looks good on the outside but has no engine will never run. There has to be an inner force to drive the look of the swing. Another analogy would be drawing a picture by numbers. The drawing looks okay but take away the numbers and try drawing it again. There is no sensory blend of mental and physical to create the picture. The force in the golf swing is rotary. Your body has to turn against the friction of your feet to generate enough centripetal force (inner force) to swing the club head with enough velocity (centrifugal) to hit powerful golf shots. F= mv2/r is the formula for centripetal force. The tighter the inner circle or force, the faster the outer velocity. Visualize a skater performing a pirouette. The tighter the movement the faster they spin. When you perform this golf swing, your center force must oppose the outer force of the club head swinging. As a result, all the fundamentally correct positions will be achieved automatically without trying to force the positions. In other words the inner rotational force will act upon your body causing all parts to react and be pulled taut. The club head will swing into the ball if you allow it. Any steering or guiding the club head at the ball will interfere with the forces and errant shots will result. These principles are what allow me to drive the ball over 300 yards with only one hand on the golf club. I can tell you this, it starts in your feet and moves up through your legs and into your torso. Then it moves up through your shoulders, out through the arms and hands and finally to the club head. It is the true source of effortless power, consistency and control. It is lasting and a move you will never forget. It ensures every golfer, regardless of age, gender or bio physical stature to swing the club with effortless ease, yet tremendous velocity. It is the force that creates gyroscopic stability. It is the force that makes a yo-yo, yo and it is the force that will make all of you better golfers.

Five simple tips to karate instructors for making each lesson different
Have you ever felt like you are teaching the same thing repeatedly? Have you been frustrated by using the same old practice drills every week? Do you sometimes sense that your students are getting bored or are losing interest? Often one of the biggest challenges for a martial arts instructor is coming up with different ways to present the same material and create varied lessons each week. Finding a balance between teaching the required content and making classes fun and different is not always easy. Rest assured that you are not alone. All instructors at some point in their development feel the need to take their classes to the next level and change things up a little bit. Therefore, if you are at this point but are unsure how to inject some fun and excitement into your classes, then start today by implementing these five simple tips for making each lesson different. 1. Brainstorm all of the different training drills and teaching methods that you currently use in class and write them all down. Now you have a starting point for organizing your content and your delivery methods. Next, organize these drills and methods into similar categories such as basic training, forms training, sparring drills and additional content. From here, you now know what your base content and methods are and you can gradually begin to build your teaching repertoire and incorporate new drills. 2. Make a monthly schedule of what needs to be taught each class and then plug your training drills into each lesson. By making a monthly teaching schedule of which content you will cover in which lesson, you commit yourself to focusing on different content for each class and you will not allow yourself to fall back into the trap of teaching what is most comfortable for you. This method still gives your students what they need and it forces you to stretch your content knowledge and overall teaching skills. 3. Change the order of presenting lesson components. If you have done steps one and two and you still find that you have several lessons that cover the same content, a simple way of making the lesson different is to change the order in which you present the content. For example if you are used to beginning with a warm-up, then doing basic techniques, then going to forms training and finishing with some partner work drills, why not begin by using forms training as a warm-up, then move to partner work drills and finish with basic techniques. There are several ways that you can change the order of your content and thus make each lesson appear to be different despite teaching essentially the same material. 4. Adjust the pace and focus of the lesson. Another easy way to make your lessons different while covering the same content is to first change the pace of your lesson and then adjust the focus. For example if you want to teach punches in two separate classes, the first class could focus on a detailed explanation and practice class on the fine points of each punch and the second class could be a fast-paced workout with multiple repetitions of each punch. To adjust the focus you might want to use line drills in your first class and pads and targets in your second class. There many other ways to adjust the pace and focus of your lessons. 5. Alter the context in which you teach your content. A simple change in the context of your lessons can very easily make two lessons that appear similar have a very different theme. Let’s take forms training as an example. In the first lesson, your context could be to teach Form #3 of your style, focus on the performance of the movements, and relate this to tournament participation and demonstration. In the second lesson on Form #3 of your style, your context could be to look at the sets of movements within the form and apply the different sets to self-defense situations. So as you can see, these five simple tips can dramatically help you design multiple lesson plans for your students that focus on similar content but which are delivered in different ways with interesting and varied approaches. These types of adjustments in your overall teaching methods can also lead to increased student retention and improved skill levels for all of your students. Useful tips about snowboarding
It’s that time of the year again - how often do you find yourself dreading the bitter cold winter and for many the real prospect of piling on weight partly due to over indulgence in food during the Christmas holiday season and also because of the general lack of motivation to exercise? If you need the fun factor in exercise during winter, try snowboarding. Snowboarding has in recent years become increasingly popular especially with the general public. Just like snow-skiing, it is a well-loved winter sport. As you will be spending a lot of time on the snow mountain, it is important that you put on the correct protective snowboard clothing and gear to ensure your safety, comfort and warmth. Your first layer of clothing should be made of materials that wick moisture away from your body such as polypropylene or synthetic polyester. Avoid cotton materials as they absorb moisture without wicking it away from your body, therefore causing your body to lose heat rather than trapping it. Your next layer, after putting on a base layer of long underwear, sleeves and woollen socks should serve as the insulation layer. Put on a wool jacket, a pullover sweater or a micro fleece sweater top that you can easily take off if you warm up too much or add to if the day is particularly cold. Then your last outer layer of snowboard clothing (jacket and pants) should have strong waterproof and windproof properties to keep you dry and your body temperature sealed in. The harsher the environment and climate, the more robust your weatherproof clothing needs to be including having features such as additional venting, extra waterproofing and having inner cuffs on your pants to seal tightly around your boots to prevent snow from accumulating in your boots. Being exposed to the snow all day can be very detrimental to your eyes especially on a bright sunny day when the ray reflects off the white snow. You must wear goggles to protect your eyes from the harmful rays and piercing winds. Wearing a helmet will protect your head and keep it warm. In more extreme weather conditions, you will need to have a neck wrap which will shield your neck and face from the elements. To protect your hands, make sure you get a pair of stretchable gloves that fit over the cuffs of your jacket. Some people prefer using mittens as they are warmer than gloves. There is a wide selection of snowboards designed for different groups of users depending on their snowboarding skill levels, age, body build and the type of snow mountain that the snowboard will be put to use. They come in different shapes and sizes and technical specifications, do check with the experts to determine the best snowboard for you. When selecting a pair of suitable boots, make sure the boots feel snug from heel to toe. When you raise your heel, the heel of the boot should raise in tandem. You should not be able to rotate your foot or ankle in the boot. Loose boots will lead to injury and cause you to lose control of the snowboard when sliding down the slope. It is always a good idea to choose functionality over fashion, it is not so much as looking good as paying attention to your snowboard clothing and gear to ensure maximum comfort and protection for your body.

New york giants tickets is this a team that s about to implode
One thing is certain, regardless of how the New York Giants are playing within any given season - New York Giants tickets are always hard to find, and their fans are as loyal as any in the NFL. However, 2006 is shaping up to be a make-or-break season for the team, as their hard-edged coach is beginning to wear on the team, and their brutal schedule is taking its toll on their fortunes early in the season. We’ll examine some factors involved with why this is such an intriguing season for the Giants and then we’ll predict how things will turn out for “Big Blue.” Tom Coughlin Coughlin came to the Giants in 2004 after fans and management tired of the lax atmosphere that former Coach Jim Fassel had created. Even though Fassel had taken the Giants to a Super Bowl in 2000, players were beginning to take advantage of the professional trust the coaching staff placed in the players, and it was indeed time for a change. As it usually goes, the Giants looked for a coach whose approach was different from Fassel’s, and no one’s approach was and is more distinct than Coughlin’s. Coughlin is absolutely militant in how he runs a team, and every detail regarding playing football for his club is micromanaged. While this approach certainly instills discipline, it also grates on players, particularly veterans who have grown accustomed to doing things a certain way. Everywhere Coughlin goes, his players complain about his approach after he arrives, and then they either accept the style or leave. However, Coughlin’s track record indicates that ultimately, players begin to tune him out and even let their frustrations go public, and that’s what could be happening now in New York. The Players This is a team filled with many “name” players, and while these players help to drive up demand for New York Giants tickets, they don’t necessarily help provide a winning environment. Stars, whether they are real or simply good players who are overrated because they play in the country’s biggest market, tend to help dictate a team’s overall level of morale, and recent quotes by some of these players has led fans and media to speculate that the team’s foundation is cracking. A prime example is tight end Jeremy Shockey, whose outburst after an annihilation at the hands of the Seahawks was quite telling. Shockey basically called out himself, his teammates and his coaches for not being prepared to play a Super Bowl-level team, and these quotes reverberated throughout the Big Apple. The Giants have a lot of individual-type players who tend to speak their minds, regardless of the consequences. Star RB Tiki Barber called out the coaches after their playoff loss a year ago, and other veterans like Michael Strahan have been known to march to their own beat. The Schedule The Giants’ 2006 schedule is brutal. They play several playoff and title-contending teams, and they’re also in one of the toughest divisions in all of football. There is no “break” in their slate, and every week is sure to be an enormous test of the Giants’ mettle. The reason the schedule is important is because winning tends to quiet most complaints, and if the Giants don’t start winning soon, these complaints will gain steam thanks to the New York media. Overall, New York Giants tickets will remain in high demand in 2006, but this could be a team that implodes in a big way as the weather gets colder in New York.
